The President of Karnataka Television Association with nearly 2000 members under the association wishes to inaugurate the new building of six floors for the coming Deepavali festival.

As of now only two floors are complete. It all started in 2004. The six floor KTA at Uttarahalli at Rs.18 crore budget has air glass for advertising, one swimming pool and two floors are taking final shape before Deepavali. The entire office of KTA in Basavanagudi will be shifted to this place.

The queue for membership is ever increasing. When it was Rs.12500 no one cared. Now it is Rs.50000 for membership of KTA, Rs.2 lakh for outsiders. Rs.1 lakh for the media persons says Ravikiran.
